Shipping Policy

Every Fur & Fury order is made to order, just for you. Here's what to expect once you've placed your order.

Delivery Areas We currently ship to the United Kingdom and mainland United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories at this time. If you're outside these areas and would like to discuss options, please contact us at hello@furandfury.com.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. During busy periods this may take a little longer but we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. In reality most orders arrive sooner than this, but we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver. Just like your dog does. Sometimes.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order on its journey to you.

International Orders We currently ship to the United Kingdom and United States only. If you're outside these regions and desperate for something, drop us a message at hello@furandfury.com and we'll see what we can do.

Something gone missing? If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@furandfury.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

Please note As our products are fulfilled by multiple production partners, occasionally items from the same order may arrive separately. Don't panic, everything is on its way.
