Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Because our products are made to order by our fulfilment partners, our returns process works a little differently to a standard retail store. Here's what you need to know:

Something arrived damaged, defective or wrong? Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@furandfury.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll investigate with our fulfilment partner and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. We've got you.

Changed your mind? As our products are made specifically to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. This includes size exchanges, so please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

Personalised items Custom and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process this.
